Adding or removing usersβ
For access to the Focus portal users can be added locally via the user screen or via SSO.
If you use Azure SSO Focus is able to automatically set user roles via SAML role claims, and optionally pre-provision users with the Entra Sync app. If these steps are skipped or another SSO type is used, users can still automatically login but will be added to the General user group by default and can be moved in the Focus UI.
