The People screen in Focus is about everyone — Subscribers (your recorded staff), External contacts (third parties they communicate with), and Users (people who log into the portal). From here you manage profiles, permissions, groups, and communication history.

Contacts are individuals (typically outside your organisation) who interact with your staff but are not themselves recorded on the platform.

Users

Users refer to administrative or operational personnel responsible for managing the Focus portal.
