Focus 2026.6 - Better Transcripts, Easier Account Admin, and QoL Improvements

Focus 2026.6 is here: smarter transcript handling, simpler account setup, and a set of targeted quality-of-life improvements where they matter most.

This release is focused on practical improvements. Transcript support has been tightened up again, Push API account settings are now easier to find, welcome emails can be resent directly from the UI, and a couple of everyday download workflows are now smoother.

  • Call deep links now let you open a specific call directly from an external system, with the transcript ready to go.

Improved Transcription Support​

Transcription support has been improved again to make transcript handling more consistent across the platform.

  • Transcription outputs now automatically sync to your configured portal languages.
  • Better alignment between generated transcript output and the language experience in the UI.
  • A smoother experience for customers working across more than one portal language.

As a headline item in this release, you can now deep link directly from an external system into a specific call in Focus.

  • Open the exact call you need without manual searching.
  • Launch directly into the transcript view, ready to work.
  • Better support for deep integrations where Focus is part of a wider workflow.

Resend Welcome Emails from the UI​

Managing user onboarding is now simpler. If someone misses their original welcome email, you can resend it directly from the UI without needing a workaround or support request.

  • Faster user onboarding recovery.
  • Less friction for admins managing new starters or access issues.

Push API Settings on the Account Page​

Push API account settings are now available directly from the account page, making setup and management easier for admins.

Ongoing UX Tweaks Since the Refresh​

Since last month's UI refresh, we have continued to ship lots of smaller improvements that make day-to-day use of Focus feel better.

  • Improved naming and labels in key places based on customer feedback.
  • Reduced unnecessary clicks in common flows where one extra step was getting in the way.
  • Continued polish across high-traffic screens to keep the experience clearer and faster.

QoL Improvements​

We have also shipped two focused quality-of-life improvements to make day-to-day exports more reliable.

  • Improved SMS downloads - SMS downloads now behave more reliably.
  • Improved transcript downloads - Downloading a transcript from the three-dot menu now works as expected.

Focus 2026.6 is a smaller release, but it removes friction in a few high-traffic areas. Better transcription behaviour, easier account administration, and more reliable downloads all add up to a smoother day-to-day experience.
